Pendown helps users generate professional project proposals (and, in beta, contracts). While we use AI and pre-vetted templates, all outputs are for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

1. Reviewing all AI-generated proposals and documents.

2. Complying with local laws, especially when sending legal documents.

3. Securing your account login information.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

1. Free and paid tiers are available.

2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Pendown for:

1. Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.

2. Harassment, spam, or malicious purposes.

3. Reverse-engineering or duplicating the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee project success or legal enforceability of generated documents. Pendown is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
